8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if there is a material breach. Upon termination, you agree to pay for any outstanding services or deliverables rendered up to the termination date.

Limitation of Liability Webgany Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webgany Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bihar, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
